High pressure fans
High pressure fan refers to the fan with air pressure of 30kPa~200KPa or compression ratio e=1.3~3 under the design condition. The current industry generally classifies air ring vacuum pumps as high pressure fans. High-pressure fans, also called high-pressure blowers, are distinguished from general centrifugal blowers and fans.

What is a high pressure fan?
High pressure fan refers to the fan with air pressure of 30kPa~200KPa or compression ratio e=1.3~3 under the design condition. The current industry generally classifies air ring vacuum pumps as high pressure fans. High-pressure fans, also called high-pressure blowers, are distinguished from general centrifugal blowers and fans.
Working Principle
When the impeller rotates, due to the role of centrifugal force, the wind vane drives the gas forward and outward, thus forming a series of spiral movement of high-pressure fans. The air between the impeller blades spirals and accelerates and pushes the gas outside the pump body into the side channel (drawn in by the suction port), and when it enters the side channel, the gas is compressed and then returns to the impeller blades and accelerates again. As the air follows a spiral track through the impeller and side channels, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration, and as the rotation proceeds, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, causing the pressure of the gas passing along the side channels to increase further. When the air reaches the connection point between the side channels and the discharge flange, the gas is forced out of the vanes and exits the pump through the outlet muffler.
