Introduction
There are two types of open type and closed type. According to the installation method, it can be divided into several types, such as suspension type and table type. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder has simple structure, easy operation, no lubrication, low power consumption; it can evenly adjust the feeding volume; therefore it has been widely used. It is generally used for loose materials. According to the equipment performance requirements, the configuration should be designed to minimize the pressure of the material on the trough, according to the manufacturer's requirements, the effective discharge of the bin material shall not be greater than a quarter of the width of the trough, the material flow rate is controlled at 6-18m/min. for the feeding volume of materials, the bottom discharge of the bin, should be set at a sufficient height of the stopper; in order not to affect the performance of the feeder, the stopper shall not be fixed in the trough body.

The whole system works in a low-critical resonance state, mainly using electromagnetic exciter to drive the trough to do reciprocal vibration with a certain inclination angle, so that the material moves along the trough. The material 2 is placed on the feeding trough 1 supported by the main vibration spring 3, the armature 4 is connected to the main vibration spring of the trough, and the coil 6 is wound on the iron core 5. Since the coil is flowing through the half-wave rectified one-way pulsating current, the electromagnet produces a corresponding pulse electromagnetic force. In the positive half of the AC power, the pulsating current flowing through the coil, between the core and armature to produce a pulsating electromagnetic suction, so that the tank backward movement, the main spring of the shaker deformation, storage potential energy; in the negative half cycle, the coil no current through the electromagnetic force disappears, the armature in the role of spring force and electromagnet separation, so that the tank forward movement, so that the frequency of the AC power supply, continuous reciprocal vibration.
