What is a discharge valve?

5. Pressure-resistant type: closed rotor, can be widely used in suction, level knowledge gas supply system and vacuum conveying device, air pressure conveying safety without leakage in the conveying tube, absorbing material not only withstand pressure adjustment common function.

6. High temperature resistant type: The temperature of conveying materials can reach 280℃. Bearing, reducer and constant spacing between the shell greatly improves the high temperature and smoothness, and prevent the contact between the ultra-fine powder and the bearing.

Care and Maintenance

1. One of the supporting equipment of Raymond mill (discharge valve) is suitable for work in continuous operation. In case of axial leakage of air or dust during operation, the asbestos packing can be replaced after pressing the screws of the cover or pressing the material cover.

2. The discharge valve should be filled with soft oil and soft grease before leaving the factory, and after 6 months of normal operation, if the installation environment is high or too dusty, the drive bearing parts should be replenished or the grease should be replaced. Oil change time.

3. The internal structure of one of the various forms of Raymond mill supporting equipment (discharge valve) is the same, and the disassembly and assembly order is basically the same as the installation technology, which must be kept stable to avoid collision and damage to the casing and motor during the unloading and conveying process.

4. If the viscosity of the material conveyed by one of the Raymond mill supporting equipment (unloading valve) is too large, it will be detrimental to the overload operation of the equipment. Users need to replace the overload protection device or high power motor.
